Returns are on us for orders within the United States. Just pack it up and drop it off.
Donation still counts
The toy donated through your original order stays with the shelter dog. You keep the joy, we keep the mission.
Return details
- Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Products should be in original or lightly used condition. We do not accept heavily damaged toys for hygiene reasons.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive your return.
- Gift recipients can exchange for store credit or a different size, style, or toy.
- Sale items and final-sale bundles are not eligible for return unless defective.
